Achieving optimal results with Power Flush Tea

For optimal results, avoid all toxins and unnecessary medications for at least 24 hours prior to use. Drinking plenty of water the days prior to using Power Flush Tea will help reduce toxin levels. Limit water intake the day you intend to use POWER FLUSH to avoid over-hydration.

1. Bring 3.7 liters of water to a boil, remove from heat. Add all four tea bags to water.
2. Remove tea bags after 15 minutes. Serve hot or cold, sweeten to taste.
3. Finish drinking all 3.7 liters shortly prior to your desired time to be cleansed (effective up to 5 hours).
