1. Take 7 (1 packet) of capsules with a glass of water. Wait 20 minutes
2. Take 7 (1 packet) of capsules with a glass of water. Wait another 20 minutes
3. Take the final packet of herbal capsules. 2 vitamin-B complex capsules and 2 creatine capsules with a glass of water.
