This 6-panel Workplace Test Card can be used for the detection of:

• Amphetamines (AMP)
• Cocaine (COC)
• Methamphetamines (MET)
• Marijuana (THC)
• Morphine (OPI)
• Benzodiazepines (BZO)

The results are designed to be similar to those of laboratory tests.

This kit is 98% accurate for testing your system for toxins. However, care must be taken to ensure the samples and testing is not contaminated in any way.

Keep test strips in sealed pouches until ready for use.

Directions for use:

1. Remove test kit from sealed pouch.
2. Immerse test kit in urine specimen for at least 10-15
   seconds.
3. Do not pass the maximum line on the test strip when
   immersing.
4. Place the test strip on a non-absorbent flat surface
   for 5 minutes.

Two lines = negative test result. One line = positive test result.
